Private sector physicians treat patients in independently-run medical centers and fully charge patients for service and medication.

Patients who prefer this sector are less sensitive to cost and prefer to have full attention, quick intervention, and the most up-to-date treatment methods. 

To best serve this segment, ProCare will position itself as a company of high quality and modern medications.

Public Institutions

State-owned and administered facilities diagnose and treat patients free of charge.

Given the high volume and relatively low level of resources available, these institutions need core treatment options to be available at low cost and stable supply frequency to serve patients who otherwise often cannot afford high treatment cost, and usually have to endure long waits to access free treatment.

Within this segment, ProCare will position itself as a company of competitive pricing and sustainable supply.

Financial Sustainability

Our low-cost operations and broad-based marketing will generate strong profit margins that will enable us to reinvest in the business, expand operations throughout the region and provide reliable and sustainable treatment for patients across the region.
